No experience needed. Full Lantra training provided. Ideal for new starters and those looking to begin a career in traffic management.
NHSS 12D certification required. Rates vary by shift type, location, and experience. High-speed motorway and major A-road deployments.
Lead operatives and experienced supervisors managing site operations. Proven supervisory experience in TM required.
Qualified TSCO personnel for high-responsibility deployments. Specialist traffic safety and control operations.

Traffic Management Operative qualification — the industry entry standard.
Traffic Signs Manual Chapter 8 — required for vehicle-based road closures.
National Highways Sector Scheme — high-risk motorway environments.

Full UK driving licence (categories B, C1, C as applicable).
Occupational health clearance for road-based work.
