Every operative follows a documented safe system of work — no exceptions, no shortcuts, audited on every deployment.
Operatives arrive on time, in correct PPE, briefed and ready — representing Benchmark TM as if it were their own business.
If we commit to a shift, we fill it. Confirmed allocations are honoured; any change is communicated immediately.
Only operatives holding the correct, in-date qualification for the scheme type are deployed — verified before every assignment.
Full adherence to Chapter 8, NHSS 12D, TSRGD and CDM — documented and available to clients on request.
We own the outcome. Issues are reported, investigated and resolved by Benchmark TM — not passed back to the client.
Operatives, clients and the public are treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times, on and off site.
